Translation of Official Documents

If you need to have official documents translated for submission to U.S. educational and governmental institutions or other bodies, I make the process simple.

Every official document translation will be certified. As an ATA-certified translator of Arabic into English, I provide a certificate of authenticity bearing my ATA seal, confirming that the translation is a true and accurate representation of the original.

About Your Translation

Your translation will match the source formatting as closely as possible and careful attention will be paid to all stamps, signatures, and handwritten text.

Process

Generally your translation will be handled in the following steps:

  1. Get in touch. Send your document (or a description of the project) and a sense of your deadline.
  2. Receive quote. For most projects, I'll ask any questions and send a fixed quote before starting so the scope and costs are clear.
  3. Confirm the project. Some projects require full or partial payment in advance.
  4. Translation. I will translate the file and provide you with a PDF version along with a certificate of authenticity.
  5. Review. One round of follow-up questions or light revisions is included in every quote.
  6. Delivery. You'll receive the final file, plus a short note on any places I flagged as ambiguous or illegible.
